At Direct Service we have developed a comprehensive residential renovation and maintenance plan covering structural components, mechanical/electrical systems, appliances, utilities, and more.
Without a Direct Service plan or card, you would have to call, schedule, manage and pay over 15 separate contractors to deliver the same services covered under our Prepaid, Certified Technician cards or one of our four plans.
HOW IT WORKS
Services are delivered throughout the year by scheduled visits that are designed to deal with seasonal issues as they occur. After performing a thorough home maintenance assessment by one of our well-trained, knowledgeable and professional technicians. All of our technicians are thoroughly screened to ensure your safety and security.
The Direct Service maintenance plan will maintain your home by providing continuous preventive maintenance services, proactive issues management, creating and updating repair plans, and providing referrals to additional pre-screened professional contractors, as required, for larger repairs.
